Can customers book grooming appointments online?
Yes. Customers pick a service and a time from your live availability — your durations, your working hours, your stations. You stay in charge: every request is paid up front (or paid to you directly) and confirmed by you. If you decline, or the request expires, the customer is automatically refunded in full.
What happens when a customer cancels?
If they cancel before your cancellation deadline, they're refunded under your own policy — 50% by default — and after it, no refund is due. Requests you haven't accepted yet are always refunded in full, automatically.
